WHEC Students Learn About Composting!

Jr./Sr. High School teacher (and Wyomissing Area parent) Mrs. Keller visited Mr. Miller’s classroom at WHEC to teach students about her worm garden! Mrs. Keller and her family have a worm bin for composting. They put food waste into the worm bin, and use the compost in their garden.
Students were interested in how worms can be used for composting and learned a lot from this visit. You can tell by the pictures how much students loved this experience!
