Total Experience Learning ® at the JSHS!

Ms. Hatt, Mr. Krick, and Miss Tierney have been actively infusing Total Experience Learning ® strategies into their classes. In English with Ms. Hatt, images of different book covers for William Shakespeare's The Tragedy of Macbeth were displayed for students to annotate by writing what they noticed in the pictures and what questions these graphics raised about the play.
Through this Total Experience Learning® launch lesson, students uncovered details about the play before reading it, thus establishing prior knowledge and hooking students into the dangerous world of Macbeth.
