INTRODUCING FMX!
The Wyomissing Area School District now utilizes an online Facilities Reservation system. The system provides an easy-to-use web portal for all District staff members, community groups, and outside organizations to request and reserve the use of District facilities.
From athletic fields to cafeterias and libraries, every facility request can be done completely online using FMX, our new online scheduling/usage system.
After making an account, registered users can:
- Note re-occurring events in any request
- Note any specific details related to your facility needs
- Upload documents required for reservations
- Save account information such as address and contact details

INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below to create an account and schedule your event. A video is also available below to guide you through the new system and if you have any questions you may contact Susan Kroninger at skroninger@wyoarea.org
- Go to FMX
- Click on the log-in button in the center if you already have an account. Click "Need an account?" if it is your first time logging in. District staff members may click "Log in with Google" and use their wyoarea.org email address to log in.
- Review the calendar for availability.
- Click the "New Request" button in the upper right to schedule your request.
Complete the New Schedule Request page and click the green "Submit" button at the bottom. - You will receive an email stating your request was submitted. You will then receive an email every time the school responds, denies, or approves the request, keeping you up to date on your event.
- A completed request must be submitted to the Wyomissing Area School District if interested in using a District Facility.
To ensure timely processing, all requests should be submitted 21 days in advance of the requested usage date.
CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

School-related groups and organizations and any civic organization, non-profit organization or recreational department within the bounds of the District that provides services such as scholarships, awards, recognition programs, or organized activities to the youth of the district. This includes self-funded clubs that have been approved by Board action in order to be sanctioned under PIAA.

Non-profit (has to have 501c3 status), government related and service groups from within the bounds of the District when admission is charged or fundraising activities are conducted for profit.

Groups from outside the Wyomissing Area School District or commercial groups or organizations within the Wyomissing Area School District.
