Required Annual Updates

2025-2026 REQUIRED ANNUAL UPDATES
Each school year parents and guardians are asked to complete important annual updates to their student's information through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

These updates are important so that your emergency contact information is accurate in the event of a school closing or any weather emergencies. Completing the annual updates typically takes less than 5 minutes.

Please follow the instructions provided below to complete the required annual updates for your students.

    1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal
      Student and Parent Sign In
    2. Click on Forms in the left hand menu.
    3. Select the Required Annual Updates.
    4. You will be asked to review six items:
    • Student Handbook
    • Emergency Contact Updates
    • Media Release Non-Consent
    • COPPA (Online Tools)
    • 1:1 User Agreement (Apple iPad)
    1. Please enter the completion date and click submit.

    1. Open the PowerSchool App on your cellular phone.  (It is available on both the Apple iOS store and the Google Play store.  Our district code is:  PQTZ)
    2. Click on the three dots at the bottom labelled 'More'.
    3. Click on the first option 'Forms'.
    4. Select the Required Annual Updates.
    5. You will be asked to review six items:
    • Student Handbook
    •  Emergency Contact Updates
    • Media Release Non-Consent
    • COPPA (Online Tools)
    • 1:1 User Agreement (Apple iPad)
    1. Please enter the completion date and click submit.
